We will explore movement and sharing exercises, and an hour of circular continuous breathing, along with integration and reflection time. Explore the emotional, spiritual and transpersonal realms and come home to your own truth, in the company of a caring community of breathers.
Breathwork is a simple and safe experience. During a breathwork session we breathe lying down so this practice is available to everyone, regardless of age, ability or experience.
