Over the past two decades, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding the intersection of mental, physical, and emotional well-being. My journey has spanned many years of research and cultural immersion in healing arts and ancient ways, including extended time spent in Japan and Indonesia, as well as 14 years working with clients and groups holistically. Along the way, I’ve trained with industry experts, Indigenous teachers and spiritual leaders, while also cultivating a decade-long daily personal practice of self-healing.
This experience has allowed me to overcome challenges like depression, achieve clarity, and conclude that sustainable wellness starts with self-awareness, knowledge of universal principles and a balanced approach to life. I now use this as a foundation to help individuals and organizations address disconnection, stress, and imbalance through proven and practical wellness strategies.
